I have always loved chocolates and kept trying new recipes and desserts, but was always looking for more. Finally I found Ecole Chocolat, A Canadian on-line chocolate school. I am now a certified Choclatier, but the big news - I will be traveling to France in April to work with the biggest chocolate producers - Valrhona. For three days I will make chocolates under the tutulage of their master cholatiers.
My chocolates aredelicious and very pretty now, and anyone who buiys them raves about not only how they look but how tasty they are.
I will try to down load some pictures of the ones I made for Christmas, and keep updating them as I progress.
